- 1 watermelon, scooped into balls
- 1 package feta cheese (solid, not crumbled), cut into tiny (about ¼-½-inch) cubes
- Fresh mint leaves
Thread a watermelon ball and one small cube of feta, with a mint leaf dividing them, on to toothpicks. Serve chilled.
