VIDEO: The 2012 James Beard Award Nominees Announcement

Yesterday afternoon, members of the culinary elite gathered at The Palazzo and The Venetian in Las Vegas for the announcement of the 2012 James Beard Foundation Award nominees. The proceedings were scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. ET, but ended up starting closer to 2:30 p.m.
