Victim's Vomit (Slow Cooked)
This may sound disgusting, but we promise this dish will make you do anything but vomit.

Ingredients
- 1 pound cubed beef
- one 8-ounce bag frozen mixed vegetables
- one package prepared gravy, prepared according to package instructions
- 1/4 cup cooking sherry
- 1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
- 1 medium onion, diced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- one 15-ounce can red kidney beans
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in large Crock-Pot. Set on either low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, taking care to not lift the lid during cooking time.
