Victim's Vomit (Slow Cooked)

This may sound disgusting, but we promise this dish will make you do anything but vomit.
- 1 Pound cubed beef
- One 8-ounce bag frozen mixed vegetables
- One package prepared gravy, prepared according to package instructions
- 1/4 Cup cooking sherry
- 1/4 Cup red-wine vinegar
- 1 medium onion, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- One 15-ounce can red kidney beans
Combine all of the ingredients in large Crock-Pot. Set on either low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, taking care to not lift the lid during cooking time.
