  • 2 gallons water, warm
  • 2 Cups sugar
  • 2 Cups salt
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 heads garlic, split
  • 1/2 bunch thyme

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients together and add to veal chop for at least 6 hours prior to cooking.
