Rooibos, or "red bush" tea, an ingredient in this cocktail, hails from South Africa and has a slightly grassy flavor. This cocktail was served at a Hendrick's Gin Voyage into the Unusual.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 parts hendrick’s gin
- 1/2 part lime juice
- 3/4 part raspberry syrup
- 1 tablespoon toasted coconut flakes
- 1 part cold sparkling water
- 3/4 part rooibos tea
Directions
- Combine Hendrick’s gin, tea, lime juice and raspberry syrup. Ice, shake well and top with sparkling water. Garnish with toasted coconut and enjoy.
