There is a pâté, a naam, fermented sausage, and more types of rabbit in this sandwich. "We thought that the rabbit was a good representation of the restaurant, we sell a lot of it, and nobody really serves rabbit," Qui said. They were out in two hours.

Beef tongue might be an adventurous choice, but "you gotta have an open mind when you come to an event like this," Kreifels said. "Actually, it was requested of me by our lawyer. He said, 'You gotta make that sandwich.'"
