'Top Chef' Alum Angelo Sosa to Cook with Fellow Alum at Sbraga Restaurant

This Friday, chef Angelo Sosa, former contestant on Top Chef, will join season seven’s winner and restaurant owner Kevin Sbraga as an exclusive guest chef to celebrate the launch of his new cookbook, Flavor Exposed.
Sbraga is a modern American restaurant that serves innovative seasonal dishes with a focus on unique flavor combinations. Sosa has created a menu exclusive to this event that goes hand in hand with Sbraga’s vision.
