Don’t love sweet vermouth? Substitute dry vermouth for a dry Manhattan.
- 2 Ounces rye
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 Ounce sweet vermouth
In a chilled glass or cocktail shaker, add ice to the rye, vermouth and bitters, and stir for 30 seconds before straining into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry for a little added sweetness.
