Stuffing patties are a great alternative to a beef burger patty, or a veggie burger.

Ingredients
- 2 cup prepared stuffing
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup gravy
- 4 hamburger buns or slices of bread
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the stuffing, egg, and scallions. Season with salt and pepper, to taste and form stuffing mixture into 4 patties. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties until brown on both sides and heated through, about 3 minutes on each side. Place patties on a slice of bread and top with cranberry sauce and gravy.
