Stuffing patties are a great alternative to a beef burger patty, or a veggie burger.
In a medium bowl, combine the stuffing, egg, and scallions. Season with salt and pepper, to taste and form stuffing mixture into 4 patties. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties until brown on both sides and heated through, about 3 minutes on each side. Place patties on a slice of bread and top with cranberry sauce and gravy.
