Stuffing patties are a great alternative to a beef burger patty, or a veggie burger.

Deliver Ingredients


  • 2 Cups prepared stuffing
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 Cup chopped scallions
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 Cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 Cup gravy
  • 4 hamburger buns or slices of bread


In a medium bowl, combine the stuffing, egg, and scallions. Season with salt and pepper, to taste and form stuffing mixture into 4 patties. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties until brown on both sides and heated through, about 3 minutes on each side. Place patties on a slice of bread and top with cranberry sauce and gravy.

Make sure you have all the recipes you are going to make ahead of time. Compile your grocery list from those recipes a week in advance. Make sure you allot enough time for the turkey to defrost.
