Again, in honor of Mad Men's season finale and the most beloved redhead on TV — Joan Harris — New York City's Whiskey Blue has created a sultry yet sweet summer cocktail. And yes, it's a redhead, too.

3 medium strawberries
4 lemon quarters
1/4 ounce simple syrup
1 1/2 ounce hennessy vsop

Directions

Muddle in a rocks glass, add ice, shake vigorously, top with ginger ale, and garnish with a strawberry.
