His many accolades include his award-winning cuisines developed over the years at premier resorts in Asia, as well as being named the Global Chef of the Year by Singapore’s premier culinary academy At-Sunrice, and earning a Three-Chef-Hat rating for his work at Cliff Restaurant in Singapore.
