Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tabasco brand original red sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • one 3 1/2-pound chicken, cut up into four pieces
Directions
  1. Combine the sesame seeds, ginger, sesame oil, vinegar, Tabasco Sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in the chicken until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium or oven to 450 degrees. Place the chicken on the grill rack or broiler pan. Cook the chicken, basting frequently, with the Tabasco Sauce mixture, until the juices run clear when the chicken is pricked with a fork, about 15 minutes on each side.
