  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1/2 Cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1/2 Cup baby greens (kale, chard, etc.)
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Teaspoons coconut oil
  • 2 Tablespoons turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 inches fresh ginger
  • ½ Cup ice
