A bit of cinnamon spice is certainly nice in this cocktail made with Patrón XO Cafe Incendio.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce patron xo cafe incendio
  • 1 1/2 ounce roca patron reposado
  • 1/2 ounce cinnamon syrup
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • freshly grated cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over new ice into a double rocks glass. Grate some cinnamon over the top of the drink. Enjoy!
