Ingredients

  • 1 ounce sparkling wine
  • .5 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 cocktail cherry
  • 1 ounce illy espresso

Directions

  1. Method:
  2. • Pour the sparkling wine into the champagne flute
  3. • Add the simple syrup and cherry syrup into the sparkling wine
  4. • Carefully stir with a bar spoon and add the cocktail cherry into the sparkling wine
  5. • Prepare Illy Freddo with a mixer or shaker
  6. • Pour the Illy Freddo on top of the sparkling wine
