S'mores on a Stick

This recipe is the perfect way to enjoy the well-liked dessert without the mess of marshmallows stuck to your fingers. They're great to serve as dessert at dinner parties as well.

Ingredients

  • 1 package marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 Cup chocolate chips
  • 1 Cup crushed graham crackers

Directions

Melt the chocolate chips using the microwave or a double boiler on the stove. Place each marshmallow on a popsicle stick, paper straw, or lollipop stick and dip into the melted chocolate. Sprinkly with graham crackers immediately after and allow to dry. I rest them on a piece of foam until the chocolate has hardened, which keeps them from sticking.
