Melt the chocolate chips using the microwave or a double boiler on the stove. Place each marshmallow on a popsicle stick, paper straw, or lollipop stick and dip into the melted chocolate. Sprinkly with graham crackers immediately after and allow to dry. I rest them on a piece of foam until the chocolate has hardened, which keeps them from sticking.
