Cheesy, delicious, and totally worth the wait, this slow-cooker meal will have you “mmm-ing” after each bite. Add in bits of bacon or any of your other favorite breakfast meats and your simple side will be transformed into a hearty main dish.
Place potatoes in a greased 3 quart slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix together onions, cream of chicken soup, and melted butter.
Pour soup mixture over potatoes; top with Cheddar cheese.
Cook on low for 3 hours.
