Deliver Ingredients


  • 1/2 Ounce absinthe
  • 1 Ounce rum
  • 1/2 Ounce mint water
  • 1/2 Ounce Splenda
  • 1/2 Ounce lime juice
  • club soda
  • lime wheel to garnish


Make mint water by placing mint leaves in a jar with water and letting it sit for 3-4 days. Strain water. Then, muddle mint in a Collins glass. Add absinthe, rum, mint water, Splenda, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Pour over ice in a tall rocks glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Keep both fresh herbs and dried herbs on hand. Dry herbs will last a long time, while fresh herbs have a short shelf-life.

If you want the flavor of herbs in your food without the actual pieces, wrap them in cheese cloth and cook; discard before eating.
