Simple Culinary Allergy Remedies

2. Apples Fruit in general is awesome, but apples are especially great. Don’t love apples? Dip them in peanut butter and surely you’ll change your mind.

4. Red grapes Have some wine, cheese, crackers and grapes to tantalize your taste buds. Or check out some cool ways to use them while they’re frozen. 5. Tea Any warm liquids are great. My personal favorite is earl grey. Photo by Marykate Surette

6. Walnuts

Crumble a handful and toss them on top of your oatmeal or salad or try them in a sweeter manner like tasty apple walnut bars.
