Shake Shack's Great American Shake Sale Returns May 1
The third annual Great American Shake Sale, benefiting Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry campaign will return to Shake Shacks across the country on May 1st.
For the entire month of May, all Shake Shack locations (except stadiums, airports, and international locations) will participate in the fundraising campaign.
Guests who donate $2 or more to the No Kid Hungry campaign will receive a voucher for a hand-spun shake for their next Shake Shack visit. All donations will benefit the campaign.
"We launched the Great American Shake Sale two years ago to support an organization and cause that we're very passionate about," said Shake Shack CEO Randy Garutti. "This initiative allows us to have an open and honest dialogue with our guests and staff about the serious issue of childhood hunger in America. The response has been absolutely incredible and we can't thank our guests enough for all their support.
Shack Shack will offer seven dessert-inspired frozen custard flavors (one for each day of the week) for the month of May: Caramel Praline Cake, Lemon Meringue, Buttery Sugar Cookie, Oatmeal Crème Pie, Banana Bread, Chocolate Cheesecake, and Black & White Cookie.
