The restaurant, which should be open by "mid 2014," according to their posts, will be located on the corner of North Orlando Avenue and West Morse Boulevard, which is right by the shore of Lake Killarney.
Shake Shack has been on quite an expansion kick recently, with the newest one, in Washington, D.C, opening just a couple of weeks ago. This will be the chain’s fourth Florida location (there are also outposts in Boca Raton, Coral Gables, and South Beach), and there are currently ones in the works in Brooklyn, Las Vegas, Chicago, New Jersey, and a second in Istanbul.
Last week it was also announced that the Shack would be coming to Paramus, N.J., their first location in the state. If the historically East Coast chain’s impending Vegas outpost is a sign of things to come, there could be one in all 50 states at some point in the not-too-distant future.
