Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cup seedless grapes, red or green
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon chopped tarragon

Directions

Combine grapes, oil, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend until very smooth. Pour into a cup or small bowl and stir in tarragon.
