The recently opened Luna Sur Latin Bistro in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC offers “the real flavor of Latin cuisine,” according to its website. It is a warm and inviting space in a vibrant New York City neighborhood. Luna Sur offers exotic Latin cuisine and cocktails, which reflect the richness and variety of Latin America from the classics to modern. One cocktail, the Sangrita, is a riff on a traditional margarita, and it’s especially fitting and refreshing for summer months. It’s a blending of cultures, melding a frozen margarita with red sangria.
