Ingredients
  • 8 fresh dates (seed removed)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 ounce chocolate
  • 2 8oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cup ricotta cheese (whole milk)
  • 1 tablespoon organic honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

  2. Add all of the crust ingredients in your Ultra Wide Mouth™ Series Food Processor and blend until smooth. In a large bowl, combine all of your cream cheese ingredients and mix them using your KitchenAid® 3-Speed Blender. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish by lining the dish with parchment paper. Then coat the dish with cooking spray or brush with butter. Press the crust evenly in the baking dish. Next add in the cream cheese mixture and spread it to fit the baking dish. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours and then remove and cut into bite sized pieces. Top pieces with preserves, fresh fruit or even melted chocolate.
