Guests can find a myriad of menus to choose from in these Las Vegas hotels.

Whether you are checking into the 181-room, Zen-like boutique Nobu Hotel or to the 3,960-room, multi-towered vast Caesars Palace that it is housed in, guests can find a huge variety of restaurants to choose from housed in one location.

Guests of Nobu receive complimentary Japanese tea and rice crackers, a Japanese inspired in-room dining menu, and private access to and guaranteed seating in the largest Nobu Restaurant in the world (12,775 square feet and 327 seats). The menu features signature Nobu dishes including black cod miso, rock shrimp tempora with creamy spicy sauce, yellowtail with jalapeno, and a bento dessert box.

Venture beyond Nobu Hotel into Caesars Palace to find ten main restaurants offering a variety of dining options.

The Bacchanal Buffet
Italian, Mexican, or Chinese? Can’t decide? Then head to the Bacchanal Buffet. With over 500 hot and fresh dishes daily, stations that let diners customize their own plates including a plethora of Mexican and Asian toppings, and a modern upscale atmosphere make this buffet one of the best on The Strip.

Mesa Grill
Dishes are as colorful and spicy as the bright blue, yellow, and red décor at celebrity chef Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill. The Southwestern menu includes blue corn lobster tacos, mango crusted tuna, coffee rubbed filet mignon, charred poblano and pea risotto, and pork tenderloin with ancho chile sauce.

Old Homestead Steakhouse
For a classic steakhouse meal, Old Homestead Steakhouse offers an outstanding traditional menu with a few twists. Huge portions make it easy to share plates and try new menu standouts including the Kobe beef meatballs, potato gnocchi in truffle butter cream sauce, any of the delicious steaks, and the enormous chocolate cake.

Payard Patisserie & Bistro
This upscale bistro and decadent dessert shop is a perfect spot to relax for a peaceful breakfast, lunch or sweet snack in the cozy 46-seat dining room. The crystal chandeliers, circular style seating and oversized booths provide authentic French bistro ambiance with a menu to match that includes brioche French toast, quiches, and croque sandwiches.
