Every night, RN74’s kitchen creates a specialized multi-course tasting menu that highlights the best of the bay. From escargot to smoked bone marrow to flaky, extravagant pastries, RN74 has a customized experience for you.
Here are examples of the type of upscale, French-inspired, and indulgent dishes you’ll be served while dining at RN74: Burgundian escargot croissant with green chartreuse butter; smoked bone marrow with vadouvan butter, oxtail marmade, and lemon confit; lobster tortellini with black truffle butter, corn sabayon, and chocolate mille-feuille soaked in espresso caramel, candied hazelnut, and Chantilly.

RN74 was founded by Michael Mina and sommelier Rajat Parr. RN74 is an urbanized wine bar and restaurant featuring an extensive wine list highlighting the Burgundy region of France paired with top-notch interpretations of classic French dishes.
Every night, executive chef Michael Lee Rafidi encourages diners to embark on RN74’s culinary journey with the $75 six-course tasting menu (with the option of supplemental additions). Guests can choose the option of a $40 standard wine pairing or a $60 premium wine pairing from RN74’s grand award-winning wine list. Pairings will be selected by lead sommelier David Castleberry, who was recently rewarded StarChef’s 2016 Rising Star Award.
The handcrafted combination of flavors was evident in not only the taste but the presentation as well. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and the wine pairings were a match-made in heaven. We were pleasantly greeted by the chefs who brought out our food.
Everyone was so friendly, informative, and accommodating. RN74’s guest experience is impeccable and the tastings were the icing on the cake. RN74 is certainly a bucket list item for all of you foodies with exquisite taste!
