- 8 Ounces mixed nuts (we use ½ cashews, ¼ almonds, and ¼ pecans)
- 2 Tablespoons ranch dressing, such as Tessemae’s Zesty Ranch
- 1 Teaspoon onion powder
- 1 Teaspoon dried dill weed
- Coarse salt
- Ground pepper
Heat your oven to 350. Toss the nuts, zesty ranch, half of the onion powder, half of the dill weed, ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast until fragrant and toasted, 6-8 minutes. While still warm, toss with the remaining onion powder and dill.
To store, cool to room temperature and put in an airtight container, up to one week.
