Yuzu-Kanzuri Glaze

Thick in texture and bold in flavor, kanzuri paste is a unique yet satisfying Asian ingredient to work with. Its exotic traits make it a great way to spruce up a somewhat less-exotic meal like grilled chicken or sautéed shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons kanzuri paste
  • 1/8 Cup yuzu juice
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon mirin

Directions

In a large to medium mixing bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together until a smooth purée is formed. This kanzuri glaze is great to use as you would a traditional barbecue sauce.
