Winter Pear Mojito
For those needing something fruity at New Year's Day brunch, a winter pear mojito is the right brunch cocktail. The Winter Pear Mojito is made at Atrio at Conrad New York, located in Battery Park City, N.Y.
- 1 1/2 Ounce 10-year cane rum
- 1/2 Ounce Monin pure cane syrup
- 1 Ounce pear nectar
- 3/4 Ounces fresh lime juice
- 2 Ounces club soda
- 6 mint leaves
Muddle mint leaves, cane syrup, and lime juice. Add remaining ingredients, except club soda. Fill shaker, and fill the rest with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour ingredients into glass.
