- 3/4 Cups balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 Cups olive oil
- 3/4 Cups honey
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher salt
- 2 Teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 3 Tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
Whisk all of the ingredients together and add to veggies. Let the vegetable marinate for at least 1 hour.
