Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup organic sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Line 8-inch square baking pan with foil.
  2. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in medium, heavy-duty saucepan.
  3. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in marshmallows, morsels, pecans and vanilla extract.
  7. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
  8. Pour into prepared baking pan refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Lift from pan remove foil.
  10. Cut into pieces.
