- 1 Cup prepared whole-wheat pizza dough
- ½ Cup pumpkin puree
- ½ Cup tomato sauce
- 2 Cups cubed pumpkin
- ½ onion, sliced
- ½ red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ zucchini, diced
- ¼ Cup goat cheese
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Roll out the pizza dough and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned on the bottom, 6 to 8 minutes.
Mix the pumpkin puree and tomato sauce, then spread over the baked crust. Top with the pumpkin cubes, onion, bell pepper, zucchini and goat cheese. Bake for 10 minutes, then serve.
