White Turkey Lasagna

This is a creamy and delicious lasagna recipe that will be a hearty holiday meal.

  • 2 Cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 Cups shredded mozerella
  • 1 Tablespoon oregano
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 package no boil noodles
  • One 80-ounce package spinach
  • 1 Pound cooked ground turkey
  • 1 bottle Alfredo sauve


Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix ricotta, 1 cup mozerella, egg, oregano, and garlic together in a bowl and set aside. Mixed together cooked spinach and ground turkey. 

In a large baking dish, spread about a tablespoon of sauce on the bottom of the pan. Place 1 layer of no boil noodles. Spread out 1/3 of the turkey and spinach mixture, spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture evenly, and pour more Alfredo sauce until covered. Repeat until your accomplish 3 layers.

Sprinkle remaining mozzerella cheese over it and bake covered until it starts to boil. Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking so the cheese can brown slightly.
