When Ginger Meets Grapefruit Cocktail

Ginger Liqueur and Aperol meet in a glass garnished with grapefruit and blueberries

This cocktail recipe comes courtesy of mixologist Jane Elkins of Dream Baby in New York City. 


  • 3/4 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Aperol
  • ice
  • Schofferhofer Grapefruit Beer
  • slice of grapefruit, for garnish
  • 10 blueberries, for garnish


Measure out the Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur and Aperol in a glass or mason jar filled with a few ice cubes. 

Top with Schofferhofer Grapefruit Beer and garnish with a slice of grapefruit or 10 blueberries. Enjoy!
