  • 2 hawaiian roll buns
  • 2 ounce garlic aïoli
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 ounce vermont cheddar
  • 2 pickles
  • 6 ounce ground beef
Directions
  1. Separate ground beef into two 3-ounce patties; season with salt.
  2. In skillet, cook patties over medium-high heat until medium-rare.
  3. Add Cheddar to patties.
  4. Heat Hawaiian roll buns.
  5. Add garlic aïoli and pickles, and serve.
