Ingredients

  • 1 seedless watermelon
  • 1 eight-ounce block feta
  • A few mint leaves
  • Olive oil, to garnish
  • Balsamic vinegar, to garnish
  • Sea salt, to taste

Directions

Cut watermelon and feta into cubes of matching size, build the tower, and sprinkle the mint. Drizzle the tower with oil and vinegar and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
