Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted, peeled, and cubed
  • 1 cup cauliflower, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeƱo pepper, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine avocado, cauliflower, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt and olive oil.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with homemade pita chips.
