Adapted from "The Savory Cocktail Book," this cocktail by Brett Hughes, from Madam Geneva, is a dry and delicious way to ring in the New Year!
Place cocktail napkin over 6 ounce Champagne flute and place sugar cube on top. Soak sugar cube with 5 dashes of bitters and drop into bottom of glass. Add the gin and Dubonnet then top with the Champagne. Garnish with a beautifully doctored orange twist (or lemon if you prefer).
