Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce bourbon, such as maker’s mark
- 1 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounce aperol
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- maraschino cherry, to garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine bourbon, pineapple juice, Aperol, and lemon juice. Shake until shaker becomes cold and frosty. Pour into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a cherry.
