The Tropical Jewel Cocktail
This refreshing and fruity bourbon cocktail is the perfect accompaniment to the season’s horse races.

- 1 1/2 Ounce bourbon, such as Maker’s Mark
- 1 1/2 Ounce pineapple juice
- 3/4 Ounces Aperol
- 3/4 Ounces lemon juice
- Maraschino cherry, to garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine bourbon, pineapple juice, Aperol, and lemon juice. Shake until shaker becomes cold and frosty. Pour into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a cherry.
