Ingredients
  • 2 rum, split in 3 equal portions (we used bacardi rum)
  • 1/2 ounce meyers rum
  • 1/4 ounce orange curacao liqueur
  • 2 ounce coco lopez cream of coconut
  • 2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 2 ounce fresh mango, cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 ounce sweet and sour mix
  • 2 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce confectioners' sugar
  • 3 ounce fresh strawberries
  • 1 small bunch red grapes
  • 1 orange wedge
  • 1 strawberry
  • 1 blackberry
  • 1 bamboo skewer
  • 1 drink umbrella
Directions
  1. Blend 1 portion of rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice. Set aside. Blend 1 portion rum with orange curacao, mango chunks, and sweet and sour mix. Set aside. Blend last portion of rum with lime juice, strawberries, and sugar. Set aside. Layer the 3 flavors in a highball glass. Float rum on top. Arrange grape, orange, and blackberry on the skewer. Slice strawberry halfway and place on the rim. Stand skewer on edge of glass so all fruits are visible.
