The Town and Country Cocktail
Staying at the cabin or hitting the slopes? From “Town to Country,” this cocktail is your road trip companion.

- 2 Ounces rock and rye whiskey, preferably Mister Katz’s
- 1/2 Ounce white vermouth, preferably Atsby Amberthorn Vermouth
- 1/2 Ounce apple brandy, preferably Neversink Unaged Apple Brandy
- Lemon peel, to twist
Pour the whiskey, vermouth, and brandy into a large mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Twist a lemon peel over the top, and then discard the peel.
