Ingredients
  • 2 ounce rock and rye whiskey, preferably mister katz’s
  • 1/2 ounce white vermouth, preferably atsby amberthorn vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce apple brandy, preferably neversink unaged apple brandy
  • lemon peel, to twist
Directions
  1. Pour the whiskey, vermouth, and brandy into a large mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Twist a lemon peel over the top, and then discard the peel.
