Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces rock and rye whiskey, preferably Mister Katz’s
  • 1/2 Ounce white vermouth, preferably Atsby Amberthorn Vermouth
  • 1/2 Ounce apple brandy, preferably Neversink Unaged Apple Brandy
  • Lemon peel, to twist

Directions

Pour the whiskey, vermouth, and brandy into a large mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Twist a lemon peel over the top, and then discard the peel.
