Tomato Basil Garlic Sunflower Seed Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons yeast flakes
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1/4 Cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 handful basil leaves
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
