Tomatillo Salsa

A basic Tomatillo salsa that gets better with age. Make at least twice as much as you think you'll want so that you have leftovers!

Ingredients

  • 20 Tomatillos
  • To Taste Brown Sugar
  • 1 Ounce Reposado Tequila
  • 1 Cilantro
  • 1 Pinch of Salt

Directions

Saute the tomatillos in olive oil. Chop or food process into a nice pulpy mess. Add the rest of the ingredients. Drink the tequila. Serve with chips.
