A basic Tomatillo salsa that gets better with age. Make at least twice as much as you think you'll want so that you have leftovers!

Ingredients
  • 20 tomatillos
  • to taste brown sugar
  • 1 ounce reposado tequila
  • 1 cilantro
  • 1 pinch of salt
Directions
  1. Saute the tomatillos in olive oil. Chop or food process into a nice pulpy mess. Add the rest of the ingredients. Drink the tequila. Serve with chips.
