Ingredients
- 1.5 ounce mezcal
- 1.25 ounce cynar
- 0.5 ounce fino sherry
- 2 pinch of peychaud's bitters
- grapefruit twist
- pinch of sea salt
Directions
- Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into an Old-Fashioned glass over one large ice cube, then sprinkle salt over the ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
