- 4 Tablespoons whole unsalted almonds or hazelnuts, chopped, and toasted
- 1 Tablespoon amoretti cookies,toasted and crushed
- 1/2 Cup Breyers' Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
Scoop the ice cream and place on a baking sheet to harden in the freezer for 10 minutes. Next, mix toasted, chopped nuts and amoretti cookies together in a bowl. Dredge the frozen ice cream balls in nut/cookie mixture and refreeze for another five minutes before serving.
