Tiramisu Smoothie

We just can't get over dessert smoothies lately. Why not treat yourself to something insanely sweet when it's this healthy? 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cups brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1/2 Cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup ice
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 Cup low fat cream cheese
  • 2 vanilla wafers, crushed

Directions

Blend all ingredients but the wafers. Serve topped with crumbled wafers.
