  • 1.5 ounce roca patron reposado
  • .75 ounce dark maple syrup
  • 1 ounce fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 egg white

Directions

  1. Combine in a mixing glass filled partway with ice, shake until very cold and frothy, and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
