- 1 sixteen ounce package of corn, frozen, thawed and cooked
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 2 Cups heavy cream
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Cook corn according to package directions with water.
Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour mix until combined. Add heavy cream, about 1/2 cup at a time, and blend with whisk.
Cook on medium heat until the mixture has thickened. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
Drain the corn and add it into the cream mixture.
